Directions:
From the Newport Bridge: At the end of the bridge head straight, following signs for 138 East (Fall River/Cape Cod). At the end of the road you will find a traffic light (in front you will see the entrance to the Newport Grand Hi Li). Turn left onto Admiral Kalbfus Road, continuing to follow signs for 138 East. Come up the hill on Admiral Kalbfus Road and proceed to the second set of traffic lights. This is the intersection with Route 114 (locally referred to as the West Main Road). Turn left at the left onto 114 North. Proceed approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto Greene Lane. This intersection is located at another set of traffic lights. Also at the corner you will see the Middletown Baptist Church and the sign for Simmons Farm. Proceed down the hill on Green Lane towards the water. Balfour Beatty Communities Management Office is located on the right hand side.

From the Naval Station: Exit the base using Gate 11. At the traffic lights outside the Gate, take a left onto the Access Road. Coming down the hill you will pass the Navy’s Child Care Center on the right. Cross the railroad tracks and bear right onto the Defense Highway (also referred to locally as the Burma Road). Proceed past Pier Two, and cross the railroad tracks again. On your right/you will pass a golf course then the OTC Fire Fighting School and then the Town of Middletown’s Transfer Station. Take a right onto Greene Lane. You will see a sign for a NEX Convenience Store at the intersection. On Greene Lane you will pass the entrance to the Convenience Store on your left. The very next left is the entrance to the Greene Lane Community Center and Balfour Beatty Communities Management Office.
